Art Domain Gallery i Leipzig har fått upp ögonen
för Kenneth Gustafsson från Ludvika. 
I konkurrens med tusentals konstnärer från hela
världen har han tilldelats pris för sin
”utomordentliga originalitet”. 

- Bara att få komma med till finalen kändes
otroligt kul, säger Kenneth Gustafsson. 
Mellan den 11 maj och 20 juni ställde Kenneth
Gustafsson ut sin konst på galleriet i Leipzig.
Det handlade om tre tavlor, som ställdes ut i
konkurrens med bland annat målningar, grafik och
skulpturer. 
- Jag bygger många av mina bilder på katastrofer,
säger Gustafsson. 
En av bilderna som funnits med i utställningen i
Leipzig heter ”New York Remember” och syftar till
11 september. En annan heter Arktis, vilket syftar
till klimatförändringarna. 

Kenneth Gustafsson tilldelades tillsammans med ett
antal andra personer ”Certificate of Excellence”
för sin ”utomordentliga originalitet”.Med det
priset placerade Kenneth Gustafsson  sig före
konst proffesor Lars Elbåge  som, förutom
Gustafsson, var enda svensk som deltog i tävling.

I konstlexikon 
Ludvikabon och Bild och Form-medlemmen har
tidigare belönats med en rad andra priser, och i
början av nästa år kommer han att finnas med i
konstlexikonet ”Who`s who in visual art”. 
- Det känns fantastiskt att bli med i den,
avslutar Kenneth Gustafsson.
